Roma Furniture Worldwide guarantees that delivered goods will meet manufacturer’s warranty standards. If your furniture arrives damaged it will be the responsibility of Roma Furniture Worldwide and/or the delivering agent and/or the manufacturer to repair or replace the damaged goods.
Should goods arrive damaged it is the customer’s responsibility to indicate the nature of the damage on the delivery paperwork. They must also notify Roma Furniture Worldwide within 48 hours of delivery. Roma Furniture Worldwide has the right to repair any damages. If a repair isn't possible a replacement piece will be ordered.
All furniture must be carefully inspected before the delivery person leaves the point of delivery. If damage is not noted on paperwork Roma Furniture Worldwide is not responsible to repair or replace the good and any repairs/replacements are void. To avoid such an issue it is imperative that the customer thoroughly inspects the delivered goods before the delivery person leaves the point of delivery. If a good is damaged and the customer and Roma Furniture Worldwide come to the agreement that a replacement good is necessary, the replacement order will typically ship in the same length of time as the original order.

Venue and Agreement
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. This Agreement is binding and enforceable against the parties. Any failure to enforce any provision of this agreement does not translate into a waiver of Roma Furniture Worldwide’s right to enforce said provision or any other provision in this agreement.
Attorney fees and collection costs will be paid by the customer if there is any past due unpaid balance. Roma Furniture Worldwide and the customer mutually agree that a signed faxed copy of this agreement will be deemed as an original. No oral agreements will be accepted on behalf of either party; the customer or Roma Furniture Worldwide. Changes or additions to these agreements must be written and signed by both parties in order for them to take effect.
Sales Tax
It is the customer's responsibility to understand and remit sales tax in accordance with the laws of their home state.
